We are sad to report that we have had to cancel the BBQ Festival. The ongoing COVID-19 quarantine and precautions have made it impossible for us to prepare and hold the BBQ Festival. It promised to be a great event, but we will just need to focus our attention on other fundraising methods and next year’s event, and hope you will consider donating and/or joining us next year.

We are a charitable organization that relies on donations and contributions to provide scouting programs and leadership opportunities for the youth in our area. The BBQ Festival is our main community event and fundraiser. With its cancellation, we are left with the need to start our fundraising efforts all over again.
